Member and Guest Artists

Our artists come from diverse backgrounds and experiences; many were born and trained in the United States, others are immigrants trained in their countries of origin but who came to continue their studies here; others are professionals who emigrated from countries in political turmoil. Overall, among our artists are represented the countries of Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Italy, Cuba, Russian, Canada, and the Dominican Republic.

We have featured well-established opera singers such as the tenor Juan Cuevas; sopranos Eileen Sierra, Celia Castro, Claudia Montiel, Patricia Ruiz, Virginia Herrera, and mezzo-soprano Anna Tonna. In addition, renown pianists such as Martin Soderberg, Gilberto Lavastidas, and Rafael "Bullumba" Landestoy.
