Founded in 1980 by pianist and music educator Tilsia Brens in New York City, the Association of Dominican Classical Artists (ADCA) has as its mission to:foster appreciation in the United States for the art and folkloric music of the Dominican Republic; create performance space for its artist members; and, bring live performances and music education to communities with little or no access to both. We advance our mission by presenting concerts and educational programs.
